Sweepstake Rules
1. How to Participate
All respondents who start an online survey for Healthcare Landscape, but for some reason do not qualify for full participation, will be entered in our monthly sweepstake or prize draw.
2. Entrants Personal Information
To abide by legislation in various countries we will publish the names of the winners on our web sites but only with their first names and the first initial of their family names. We abide by our privacy policy which covers membership of our various panels and communities which can be found here.
3. Eligibility
Promotion is open to people in participating countries, aged 18 and above, and who have been directly contacted to participate in our surveys. Employees of Healthcare Landscape , and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and/or their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same households of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Void in Quebec, Canada and where prohibited or restricted by law. Promotion is subject to all applicable laws of England.
4. Healthcare Landscape Sweepstakes Drawing
On or about the fifth day of each month, a Healthcare Landscape Sweepstake Random Drawing will be conducted to award one (1) Prize from among all eligible sweepstakes entries entered from the previous calendar month. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries entered.
5. Prizes
The monthly prize will be ￡50 either in cash or equivalent value in the country of the winner’s domicile based on the HSBC exchange rate of the fifth day of the month when the draw is made. Healthcare Landscape may, if it chooses, supply the prize in the form of vouchers which equal the sum of the prize.

Sponsor and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective directors, officers, and employees (collectively, "Released Parties") are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or telephone problems or malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this promotion, or by any human or other error which may occur in connection with the serving of game messages in this promotion, the administration of the promotion, the processing of game plays, requests, sweepstakes entries or prize claims or in any promotion-related materials or for any other factor which interferes with the integrity, administration or conduct of the promotion as contemplated by these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant that it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the promotion, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules or to be acting in a disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any person.
