About the Healthcare Professionals Voice
Background: Healthcare Landscape expanded from our original company, The Patient Connection. The Patient Connection began as a patient-driven research house, which created international panels and communities of patients to take part in medical market research surveys.
Development and expansion: Within a short time, in addition to patient research, we started conducting fieldwork with physicians and other healthcare professionals such as nurses and pharmacists. We pioneered the use of ResBlogs and created a division dedicated to harnessing the power of online communities. As a result, our company expanded rapidly and in less than a year, we grew from 4 staff to 13 full time team members, with over 50 interviewers, moderators and translators.
Because of these changes we felt that renaming ourselves as Healthcare Landscape was a natural progression. The new name Healthcare Landscape reflects the full spectrum of comprehensive new services we provide.
